The Company has established itself in Russia as a highly technological operator in a competitive market space. Fortune Entertainment operate under the trademark of Fonbet and has operated In Cyprus in 2018.
The Challenge
Fonbet has approached Consultics aiming at increasing the brand awareness of Fonbet and developing the presence of the brand in Cyprus. Consultics has developed multiple concepts for introducing the company in the Cypriot Market based on Cypriot reality and company objectives. In addition, we have generated strategic planning and processes for company’s market entry and growth. Through its well established network in combination with exploiting the market opportunities, Consultics provided the opportunity to Fonbet for local partnerships with third parties.
The Concept
The first partnership that Consultics has set up for Fonbet, was with Alkis Botsos who was assigned as the Official Press Officer of Fonbet. The second partnership was regarding Fonbet’s Brand Ambassador – Matt Derbyshire. Moreover, Consultics was the link between Fonbet and Omonoia FC, resulting to the agreement of the main sponsorship for 3 years. In addition to this, we were monitoring the first-six months of the sponsorship. Consultics was also involved and managed the social media planning and implementation, artwork designs and videos of Fonbet for its social media channels and website. The Social Media and Media ongoing planning, implementing and monitoring were some further operations which were under Consultics’ responsibility. We were also providing a weekly report including recommendations for improvements on a strategic level, aiming at elevating Fonbet brand and reputation in Cyprus.
The Outcome
Tutorials, Social Media banners and scheduling, event videos and designs for printed and other promotional material, were some of the artwork completed for Fonbet. Artwork creation was based on research and bespoke designs that were matching Fonbet brand identity and vision. Consultics’ work has significally contributed at the better utilization of company’s owned and paid assets in Cyprus as well as for the increase of brand awareness and sales in Cyprus.
