Objective
The client requested Consultics to assess the business opportunities in the Middle East and more specifically for the State of Qatar as the construction booming was evident and expertise was required from Europe to facilitate the needs of the Market.
Result
Consultics developed the diversification model based on the requirements of the market. Three entities were presented and introduced separately on formulating the needs of the market as well as the criteria for technical certification on developing the required licensing for entering the market. A separate entry level strategy including Financial and Business Plan were delivered to facilitate on decision making process. Everything was formulated as per the diversification model and requirements to be delivered as per the expectations of the market.
The client was introduced to projects amount 6 Million Euros.
